How do pick-ups work?
All passengers will be picked up from their hotel or Airbnb. Pick-up times will be shared in our WhatsApp groups, and you can join the specific chat based on the fete you booked in our Carnival transportation app.

What's Your Cancellation And Refund Policy?
If you need to cancel, you can do so before September 1, 2024, with a 7% processing fee. From September 1 to November 19, 2024, cancellations incur a 12% fee. After November 19, 2024, refunds are subject to extenuating circumstances, including event/fete cancellation by the host/promoter, in which case a 60% refund will be issued. How Do I Book A Ride?
Booking is simple through our online platform. Enter your details at least 48 hours in advance, and once a driver is available, you’ll receive a notification to confirm your reservation.
What Is Your Fare?
Shared rides start at $60.00 USD per round trip, with short rides (within Port of Spain) starting at $43.99 USD. Book Two Round Trips per Day for just $114.89 USD with early booking or $145.00 USD after surge pricing begins.
Private trips (6+ people) start from $275.79 USD.
Surge Pricing starts 100 days before Carnival
What's Included In The Price?
If you book Carnival transportation, prices also include pickup from your Hotel or Airbnb, a ride to the fete, and a return trip back to your Hotel or Airbnb. You’ll be able to track your Maxi while it’s on the way to your location and where it will be parked after the fete.

How Are Payments Made?
Our transport services are prepaid and secure, allowing you to pay online using major credit or debit cards. You have the option to choose between full payment or installments with Pay with Klarna, with the final payment due by February 15th, 2025.

Can I Book Transportation At The Last Minute?
You can book transportation up to 48 hours in advance. Anything less than that, we won’t be able to accommodate.
What Time Does Return Trips Start On Carnival Monday And Tuesday Nights?
The Maxi Taxis will leave at 9 pm on Tuesday, March 4th, with the return trip to your hotel or Airbnb starting no later than 10 pm. If your flight is scheduled between 12 am and 3 am on Wednesday, March 5th, please inform us in advance to ensure timely arrangements.
Which Trips Are Included In Shared Transportation
We offer round trip transportation to J’ouvert, Carnival Monday and Tuesday, and to fetes such as Duck Work, Soca Monarch, A.M. BUSH, Soca Brainwash, and more.

When Can I Choose The Fetes I Want To Attend?
My Carnival Match's Carnival Transportation App allows you to update, add, or change your desired fete 72 hours in advance until 12am ETS Saturday, March 1st, 2025 once you have secured your transportation for the chosen date.

Can I Book Shared Transportation For A Group Of 6 Or Larger?
For larger groups, we offer private trips for groups of 6 or more travelers, tailored to your group’s itinerary.
Can I Leave Belongings In The Maxi?
Please be aware that we are not liable for any items left in the Maxi upon arrival. As the Maxi you depart in may differ from the one you arrived in, ensure to take all belongings with you upon leaving.
When Will The Maxi Taxi Pick Me Up From My Hotel?
The Maxi Taxi will begin picking up travelers approximately 15 minutes after the event’s scheduled start time. You can track the Maxi Taxi on its way to your hotel or Airbnb. Please be ready to board within 5 minutes to ensure a prompt departure for other travelers

How does the early booking rate work?
This offer is available until September 1, 2024. The early booking rate is only valid for the date you select when you book two rides a day. You can transfer your booking to another date up to 72 hours in advance, and the early booking rate will be good for one ride on the newly selected date. If you use any rides on the original date, the booking will no longer be able to be transferred to a new date. Please keep in mind that reservations made at the early promo rate of 2 rides per day for $59.89 are non-refundable.

Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, you can add airport transfers to any private transportation package you book in advance. These transfers are flexible and can be scheduled for any day and time. Additionally, individual (POS) Piarco International Airport taxi services are available for separate booking, accommodating up to 3 passengers.

Can I track my ride or get real-time updates?
We provide real-time notifications and updates about your ride status through our WhatsApp Group. Each fete will have a dedicated chat for rideshare trips. For private transportation bookings, you'll stay in touch with My Carnival Match team members, and drivers will share the live location of the Maxi when enroute. This ensures you have the latest information about pick-up times, delays, and driver details.

Can I change or adjust my booking?
You can change the event you need transportation for up to 72 hours before your first scheduled ride. Please note that event selection is subject to availability at the time of your request.
