1. What is included in the price?

Your booking includes round-trip transportation to and from DJ JEL - Jus'so Fete 2025 event, and does not included entry to the event.

2. Can I change my pickup location after booking?

Yes, you can request to change your pickup location up to 72 hours before the event. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on your new pickup region. To make changes, simply send us a message on WhatsApp at 1-646-535-5447.

3. Are group discounts automatically applied?

Yes, group discounts are automatically applied when you select the applicable group size during booking.

4. What happens if I miss my pickup?

We recommend having a working WhatsApp number and cellular service to receive updates when the Maxi is on its way to be notified upon arrival. If you miss your ride, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to assist you, but please note that additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

5. What if my group is staying at two different locations?

If your group is staying at two separate locations, you can use the optional "Secondary Address" field to add a second pickup location when booking for groups of 3 to 5 passengers who need to be picked up from different addresses along the same route.

6. Is the payment refundable if I can’t attend the event?

Cancellations are subject to a 7% fee. Please review our cancellation policy here.
